Rob graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Finance and has a concentration in International Finance from the University of Antwerp in Belgium. Born and raised in Connecticut, he is now happily married and residing in Falls Church with his wife Meghan, and two children, Cierra and Drew.

Meghan is a licensed realtor with Washington Fine Properties and a key partner at Zimmermann Homes. She specializes in helping clients find the perfect lot to build on, smoothly sell their current home before transitioning into a new Zimmermann Home, and marketing our company’s luxury new construction offerings before they even hit the market. She also offers special incentives and perks to past Zimmermann Homes clients who need to sell. A Falls Church resident with Rob and their two children, Meghan brings both professional expertise and a deep personal commitment to the family-focused, client-first culture at Zimmermann Homes. Together with Rob, she plays a central role in operations, billing, bookkeeping, HR, and high-level company direction.

She also provides strong support to the project managers and is always willing to step up wherever needed to keep things moving forward. A recent Auburn University Interior Design graduate with strong local experience, she serves as the dedicated point person for selections and design guidance. She also acts as a liaison between clients and our outsourced interior design team. Personable and enthusiastic, Caroline makes the design and selections journey clear, collaborative, and fun. She has built tools and systems that have significantly improved the selections experience, resulting in a seamless and enjoyable process for every client. Passionate about sustainable and personalized homes, Caroline also leads our social media and Pinterest presence to share inspiration with current and future clients in Northern Virginia.

A highly talented and adaptive designer, Origin excels at listening carefully to client preferences and desires and translating them into thoughtful, well-executed plans. He is skilled across a wide range of architectural styles, ensuring every home is both beautiful and uniquely suited to the client.

The house is stunning, solidly constructed, with very good craftsmanship and a high degree of energy efficiency. What sticks out the most is that the process of building a home with them was far easier than we expected given the stories we have heard from our friends who used other companies.
I can’t say enough good things about Rob and his team. His architect, Darren and interior design team, Christina Simon, took samples of things we liked and found ways to integrate them into the house. Unfortunately, we had to relocate for work after a year but the focus on details and quality allowed us to get top dollar for our property. Wish I could have had him build my house out west
Rob is a class act. We moved into our completely custom home in 2016. He is easily reachable and responsive even after we have moved in. Throughout the process our concerns were addressed and our house turned out even above our own expectations. All of our fears about building a custom home were unfounded thanks to Rob and his team.
